Seller Responsibilities 1. Timely Delivery: Sellers must deliver within the specified time using the buyer's chosen method. Reliable sellers attract more customers. Keep your delivery timeframe realistic and log into your account frequently to reflect your availability. Orders not processed within 24 hours will be auto-canceled by Zukuta, refunding the buyer and penalizing the seller for delays. 2. Proof of Delivery**: Sellers must capture screenshots or provide video evidence of trades. Upload up to 10 screenshots via the order page post-delivery or email video recordings with the order number. Keep these videos for at least six months. 3. After-Sales Disputes**: Actively assist buyers with any disputes. Provide proof if a consensus isn’t reached to allow Zukuta to mediate. Non-cooperation or improper handling of disputes may lead to refunds, fines, and sales suspensions. 4. Order Cancellation**: Sellers cannot request order cancellations without valid reasons. Accurate stock levels must be maintained, and sellers must have the listed items in possession. 5. Communication**: All interactions between sellers and buyers must occur through the Zukuta Chat Application. Offsite communications (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger) are prohibited and will not be accepted as evidence in disputes. 6. Offsite Trade Prohibition**: Sellers cannot offer offsite trades or personal deals. Violations will result in a permanent ban from Zukuta. 7. Courteous Communication**: Maintain polite communication. Harassment, including threats of violence, is strictly prohibited. Report any policy violations immediately. 8. Account Integrity**: Sellers must not create multiple accounts to engage in fraudulent activities or unfair competition. Violations lead to penalties or permanent bans. 9. Correct Listings**: Ensure products are listed correctly and the delivery process matches the description. False deliveries will result in fines or permanent suspension. 10. Prohibited Products**: Do not sell hacked, fraudulent, or illegally obtained products. Provide complete account information and full-time warranties for membership products. Violations will lead to deletion of products, fines, or permanent bans. 11. Regular Reviews**: Zukuta will review seller performance and dispute rates. Sellers with high dispute rates due to misbehavior will face penalties, including fee adjustments, fines, sales limitations, or permanent bans. Offsite Trading Zukuta is committed to safe trading practices. Offsite trades bypassing Zukuta's verification processes are not covered by Zukuta Protection. Sellers found soliciting offsite trades will have their accounts suspended. Report any attempts at offsite trading to protect yourself and others from fraud. False Delivery Ensuring the authenticity of transactions is critical. Sellers must deliver as promised. False deliveries will result in fines and possible account bans. - Less than 2 False Deliveries**: 1-month suspension and additional penalties. - More than 2 False Deliveries or over $50**: Permanent suspension, locking of store income and deposits, and fines 5-10 times the order income. - Over $200**: Additional legal action may be pursued. Seller's Offense Penalties 1. First Offense**: - Temporary account suspension (removal of listings, payment withdrawal disabled, selling permission revoked). - Contact Zukuta for an appeal. A USD 150 penalty (subject to change) must be paid before account reinstatement. - Partial deliveries will be deducted, and full refunds issued to buyers. 2. Second Offense**: - Permanent account suspension. - Revocation of account contents, including available funds. Buyer Protection 1. Avoid Offsite Trades**: Do not accept offsite trade offers to protect yourself from scams. 2. No Support for Offsite Trades**: Zukuta does not support or compensate for offsite trades. 3. Report Violations**: Report rule-breaking sellers immediately. Verified reports resulting in penalties for the perpetrator may earn you a reward. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.1 Eligibility to Become a Seller:
(2.1.1) To become a seller on ZUKUTA, you must meet the following eligibility criteria: 2.2 Product Listings:
(2.2.1) Sellers must ensure that all product listings are accurate, complete, and conform to the categories defined on the platform. You are responsible for providing clear, honest, and accurate descriptions of your products, including all necessary details (e.g., features, price, images).
(2.2.2) All product listings must comply with local and international laws, including intellectual property rights, and must not infringe on the rights of others. ZUKUTA reserves the right to remove any product listing that violates these terms.
(2.2.3) Sellers are prohibited from listing products or services that are illegal, misleading, or offensive in nature. ZUKUTA reserves the right to remove such listings without notice. 2.3 Product Pricing and Availability:
(2.3.1) Sellers are required to set a fair and transparent price for their products. The price must be accurately represented and include any applicable taxes, fees, or charges.
(2.3.2) Sellers must ensure that they have sufficient stock to fulfill orders. If a product is out of stock, it must be removed or marked as unavailable on the platform to avoid misleading buyers.
(2.3.3) Sellers can offer discounts or promotional offers, but the terms of these promotions must be clearly stated. 2.4 Order Fulfillment and Delivery:
(2.4.1) Sellers must deliver products within the specified timeframe set on the product listing. Failure to fulfill orders within the stated delivery time will result in the automatic cancellation of the order and a refund to the buyer.
(2.4.2) If a seller encounters delays or issues with fulfilling an order, the seller must immediately inform the buyer through the Platform’s messaging system and work to resolve the issue promptly.
(2.4.3) Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products are delivered in proper working condition, and they must provide proof of delivery (e.g., tracking information, confirmation of delivery). 2.5 Order Cancellations and Disputes:
(2.5.1) Sellers must not cancel orders unless it is unavoidable (e.g., out-of-stock items, technical issues). In such cases, the seller must notify the buyer and issue a full refund.
(2.5.2) If a buyer disputes an order, sellers are required to respond to the dispute in a timely manner and provide all necessary proof of transaction and delivery. ZUKUTA will mediate the dispute if required.
(2.5.3) Sellers must comply with the final decision made by ZUKUTA regarding any dispute. Failure to comply may result in penalties, account suspension, or termination. 2.6 Payment and Security Guarantee:
(2.6.1) Upon successful order completion, the payment will be credited to the seller's account, subject to the deduction of any applicable fees by ZUKUTA.
(2.6.2) If the seller offers a security guarantee for a transaction, the payment will be held in escrow by ZUKUTA until the security guarantee period has elapsed without dispute.
(2.6.3) Sellers are required to ensure that they meet all agreed-upon delivery times, or the payment may be withheld or refunded to the buyer. 2.7 Seller Account Health:
(2.7.1) Seller accounts are subject to health ratings based on order fulfillment, product quality, and customer service. Sellers who consistently deliver incomplete or unsatisfactory orders will experience a decline in their account health.
(2.7.2) Sellers with poor account health may face penalties, including temporary suspension, account review, or permanent removal from the platform. 2.8 Communication with Buyers:
(2.8.1) Sellers must use the ZUKUTA messaging system for all communication with buyers. Direct communication outside of the platform (e.g., sharing personal phone numbers or email addresses) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
(2.8.2) Sellers should maintain a professional and respectful tone in all communications with buyers. Abusive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and may lead to account suspension. 2.9 Compliance with ZUKUTA Policies:
(2.9.1) Sellers are required to comply with all applicable local and international laws, including tax regulations, consumer protection laws, and intellectual property rights.
(2.9.2) Sellers must adhere to ZUKUTA’s platform guidelines, including product listing requirements, delivery timeframes, and customer service expectations.
(2.9.3) Sellers agree to not engage in fraudulent activities or any form of deceptive conduct. Any violation of this may result in immediate suspension of the seller’s account. 2.10 Termination of Seller Account:
(2.10.1) ZUKUTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller's account if they fail to comply with these terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or its users.
(2.10.2) If a seller’s account is terminated, all pending transactions will be canceled, and the seller will not receive any further payments for any unfulfilled or disputed orders.Zukuta.com Seller Policies and Penalties
