ZUKUTA reserves the right to remove such listings without notice.2.3 Product Pricing and Availability: (2.3.1) Sellers are required to set a fair and transparent price for their products. The price must be accurately represented and include any applicable taxes, fees, or charges. (2.3.2) Sellers must ensure that they have sufficient stock to fulfill orders. If a product is out of stock, it must be removed or marked as unavailable on the platform to avoid misleading buyers. (2.3.3) Sellers can offer discounts or promotional offers, but the terms of these promotions must be clearly stated.2.4 Order Fulfillment and Delivery: (2.4.1) Sellers must deliver products within the specified timeframe set on the product listing. Abusive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and may lead to account suspension.2.9 Compliance with ZUKUTA Policies: (2.9.1) Sellers are required to comply with all applicable local and international laws, including tax regulations, consumer protection laws, and intellectual property rights. (2.9.2) Sellers must adhere to ZUKUTA’s platform guidelines, including product listing requirements, delivery timeframes, and customer service expectations. (2.9.3) Sellers agree to not engage in fraudulent activities or any form of deceptive conduct.
