Coverage Under Zukuta Protection


1. Chargeback Liability: If a buyer files for an unauthorized payment refund (chargeback) and you provide complete delivery proof as per our requirements, you will be fully reimbursed.


2. Compliance: Your account and product listings must adhere to our Terms of Service to be eligible for Zukuta Protection.


Exclusions from Zukuta Protection


1. Misrepresented Products/Services: Items or services not as described are not covered.


2. Non-Delivery: Orders not delivered will not be protected.


3. Fraudulent Activities: Intentional fraud or scams will result in permanent account suspension, recall of all disbursed payments, and potential legal action.


4. Successful Buyer Disputes: If a buyer’s dispute is successful, the payment will be refunded to them. If the dispute is due to the seller's fault (e.g., failing to provide transaction evidence, handling disputes poorly, opting for a direct refund), the amount will be recovered from you along with a corresponding dispute fine.


Proof of Delivery Requirements


1. Immediate Upload: Upload all proof of delivery immediately after completion.


2. High-Value Orders: For high-value items like game coins, accounts, top-ups, subscriptions, and gift cards, include video proof along with basic screenshots.


3. Account Services: Include screenshots of account information (login email and password) submitted through Zukuta.


4. Email Notifications: For games supporting email notifications, include screenshots of such notifications indicating changes to the sold account (e.g., login IP or device changes).


5. Transaction Completion: Include screenshots validating the completion of transactions.


6. Game Services: Provide screenshots or video proof showing the buyer's character ID and the quantity before and after delivery.

While Zukuta actively monitors all marketplace activities, you can assist by reporting any suspicious activities, such as users violating our terms and policies, exploiting the system, abusing services, or soliciting private deals. Your vigilance helps maintain a safe trading environment for everyone.
